Quality Assurance

To meet CQC requirements we are offering to help providers with their basic quality assurance

  • We produce a range of questionnaires and feedback forms for service users, staff, relatives and visiting professionals.  All you need to do is provide contact details and we will ensure that each group is surveyed quarterly. 
  • We will receive the results and compile them into an outcomes report for you.  You will then be sent the report and the original documents for your records. 
  • Using these services ensures you are collecting feedback regularly and effectively, encouraging openness by using a third party to collect date. 

Admin services

Our service is cost effective, efficient and designed to simplify care home management.

Would you like admin support but cannot justify the cost?  We are able to offer virtual admin assistance offering a professional efficient service. 

Our administrative services include:

  • Payroll and management accounting services
  • Telephone answering at times to suit you rather than using an answerphone.  Give your clients the personal touch.
  • PA services will organise whatever you need, prepare any paperwork you need, produce reports and statistics for you, assist with tender bids (100% success rate to date), organise events and diary’s for you. 
  • Event organising

All at a highly cost effective fee.  Hourly charge or per job charge for this service.  Contact us to state your requirements.

We are also able to provide architects, financial consultants and adviser's who are able to specialise in dementia design.
