Platinum Service

This package provides a full support and enablement program for organisational wide change.  To enhance any culture requires commitment by all concerned parties, employees, service users, their families and care professionals.   

Our consultant will support your team in all aspects of the change.   We aim to facilitate successful changes.  This is a bespoke personal service to guarantee you achieve the outcomes what you want. 

  • 1 initial site consultancy session to establish where you are now and where you wish to be
  • 2 staff training/development sessions on site
  • 1 site visit supporting change session
  • 3 ongoing telephone support sessions for the manager

(Additional site visits and training can be added as required, we offer discounted PR rates to homes that have completed the culture enhancement to ensure the local market recognise the changes)

Gold  Service

  • 1  telephone consultancy session
  • 2 staff training/development sessions on site
  • 2 ongoing telephone support sessions for the manager

Training workbooks and care manager support
